Strategically located at No.28 Jalan Tukang Emas (Goldsmith Street) aka Harmony Street aka Temple’s Street, Malacca, Malaysia.

To truly reflect its harmony status, you will witness a diversified settlements here - Indian settlement (234 years old Sri Poyyatha Vinayagar Moorthi temple (1781), Malay settlement (267 years old Kampung Kling mosque (1748) and Chinese settlement (370 years old Cheng Hoon Teng temple (1645) on the same street within 1 to 2 minutes walking distance.

This 200 feet long Hotel is surrounded by the European settlement nearby (504 Years A Famosa Fortress (1511), Christ Church (1753), Stadthuys (1650) and is built within the Dutch Settlement area (trace back to year 1611). You will not miss the ancient A Famosa fortress, Stadthuys, ruins of St Paul’s church (1521), Queen Elizeberth fountain etc....

4. In case the guest fails to appear in the hotel by 6 p.m. of the accommodation day despite making a reservation, the fee for the room shall be charged by the hotel.

The hotel may refuse to accept guests who grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the hotel's or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the hotel.

6. The hotel renders services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services at the reception desk as soon as possible, thus allowing for the hotel's immediate reaction.

7. The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the hotel's equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors.

8. Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not a part of the hotel room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to fire safety.

9. Smoking in hotel rooms, corridors, staircase, and the reception hall is prohibited.

10. Hotel will not be held responsible for any personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room upon leaving.
